Terms of Service:

• I won’t start on your commission until you make the first payment

• Please don’t send payment until I confirm the final price with you

 

• I’ll give you one free correction after the sketch is complete, any more adds a $5 fee into the price

 

• Your commission might take up to a month to complete, I’ll send you updates as I progress!

 

• Ill send you progress check-ins at certain stages to make sure you like how the piece is turning out(these check ins will not count towards your corrections)

 

• PLEASE let me know if you need the commission to be complete sooner than a month! I may have to add a fee or decline if the deadline is too short

 

• Listed prices are base prices and may change based on complexity, but I’ll let you know of any price changes before I make them!

 

• refunds can only be given if I haven’t done ANY work on your commission

 

• When your work if done, I’ll send you a full quality .png(for digital art),.mov or .gif (for animations)

 

• Once it’s complete, you can use it however you like, so long as I receive proper credit as the artist!

 

• No editing the finished product unless we’ve discussed it before

 

• I will likely be using any work i make to promote myself and my work. If you would prefer that I keep your commission private, please let me know!

 

• I hold full rights over any artwork that I create. All physical/ digital products that include my artwork and were made with the express purpose of profit (including, but not limited to shirts, prints, keychains, mugs, etc) may not be sold without express permission from me, a contract, and a commercial rights payment
